When will my order ship?
Orders usually process in 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
U.S.: 5–10 business days after processing.
International: 10–20 business days (customs can add time).
What’s your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to get a return label. Digital products are final sale.
How does sizing run?
Most pieces are true-to-size. Check the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go up for a looser fit.
What are Plap Points and how do I use them?
Plap Points are our rewards. Earn when you shop, share, or hit milestones. Redeem at checkout. Open the rewards panel via the floating tab or our Rewards page.
How do I join the affiliate program?
Apply on our Affiliate Program page. You’ll get a unique link and a dashboard to track clicks and sales.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out ASAP—we’ll try to catch it. Once it’s fulfilled, we can help with a return/exchange if eligible.
